You can cancel an order with the status of “Submitted” or “Processing” by calling us by phone or sending us an email. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
If you receive the wrong item or if a card is missing, contact us and we will make sure the proper card in the next day’s mail. If you receive a damaged / defective card or are unhappy with the condition of a card, please contact us by email and describe the situation. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, so we will work with you on coming up with a suitable solution.
Unopened shipments can be returned within 30 days of placing the order. Notify us on the reason for return and ship it back to Lotus Vault, 3015 Utah Ave S, St Louis park, MN, 55426, USA. Once we receive the order and verify the condition of the cards, you will be issued a refund for your order minus any shipping charges paid.
